:

As a Sr Lead Software Engineer - Java at JPMorgan Chase with CB Digital Technology Team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\'s business objectives.

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in design and develop scalable and resilient systems in a timely manner using Java and React/Angular to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Design, write, comment and unit test code to confirm software modules are of the highest quality\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Build Microservices that will run on the bank\'s internal cloud and the public cloud platform\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Collaborate with teams in multiple regions and time zones\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Maintain technical acumen by pursuing formal and informal learning opportunities about technology, JPMorgan Chase products, and financial services\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology\xe2\x80\x8b.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

• Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Must have skills: Java\\J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, Database knowledge, Angular or React JS, CI\\CD, designing features, AWS cloud experience, Production issue debugging and fixing.
• Good to have skills: Database modelling, Performance tuning, AWS S3
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems and working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Designing & developing micro-front end based micro-services.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate/Professional, CKAD - Certified Kubernetes Application Developer
• Design Skills: Domain Driven Design, Domain modelling, User Centric Design
• Domain experience in finance/lending and working experience in startups.
