Job Overview
Prospus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Sr. Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist skilled in generating leads through an omnichannel approach. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients in the North American market for our website building services, using various outreach methods including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other digital touchpoints. The specialist will qualify leads, set up appointments, and ensure a smooth handover to senior management. Experience in closing leads and converting them into sales is a strong advantage. While digital marketing experience is beneficial, it is not a core requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Omnichannel Lead Generation : Utilize a range of outreach methods--such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels--to identify, target, and engage potential clients for Prospus's website building services in the North American market.
• Appointment Setting : Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients, ensuring they are well-prepared for further discussion with senior management.
• Sales Conversion (Preferred) : Apply closing skills to convert qualified leads into sales when appropriate, contributing directly to revenue growth.
• Strategic Task Execution : Align lead generation activities with Prospus's overall growth objectives, focusing on attracting high-value clients for long-term partnerships.
• Relationship Building : Foster strong, professional relationships with prospects, clearly communicating Prospus's offerings and unique value.
• Advanced Problem-Solving : Address client inquiries, resolve objections, and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement rates.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Lead Generation Expertise : Demonstrated experience generating leads through an omnichannel approach, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting techniques.
• Sales Acumen : Proven ability to close leads independently when needed, with effective negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication, emphasizing relationship-building and client engagement.
• Digital Marketing (Preferred) : Experience with PPC, SEO, content marketing, or social media marketing is a plus but not required.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools to streamline tracking and follow-up.
