End-to-end ownership on managing all the project deliveries, managing vendor relationships, managing internal stakeholders Manage and own P&L for the portfolio Conflict resolution skills Manage the relationship with all stakeholders Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and digital technologies Profile Description Proven experience in Program / Portfolio Management skills Should have good experience implementing Digital solutions Strong Experience on managing multiple Agile projects under portfolio Excellent P&L management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Total of 15+ years of managing large IT programs end to end Experience in handling large projects using Agile Delivery methodology End-to-end ownership on managing all the project deliveries, managing vendor relationships, managing internal stakeholders Ability to devise strategies for executing multiple projects within the portfolio and optimal resource planning Olam is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
