Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in designing and architecting complex, scalable and distributed systems.

• Experience working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to set technical direction and lead architectural discussions and decisions.
• Communicate to senior leaders regarding strategy direction and changes.
• Ability to design and architect complex, scalable, and distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in developing backend services using Java Spring framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate
• In-depth experience with front-end frameworks, specifically React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g. Redux), and component lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Typically, 10+ years of professional Software development experience, including significant experience with React and Node
• A Full-stack expert having expertise in building web applications revolving around technology stacks like JavaScript, React JS, Node JS, Redis etc. Also, in-depth knowledge on Application design, Testing capabilities, Design & building Microservices.
• Extensive hands-on experience building distributed applications and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products that require a deep understanding of application logic and dependencies.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.

Backend:

Responsibilities:

• A Full-stack expert having expertise in building web applications revolving around technology stacks like Java, Kotlin Java, Springboot, Spring, Kafka, Redis etc. Also, in-depth knowledge on Application design, Testing capabilities, Design & building Microservices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
