Job Purpose:Tech Lead with strong analytical and technical ability with 8-13 years experience indeveloping web applications in .Net.. Able to work independently, good communication skills, Has experience of leading complex and medium to large projects. Job Background/context:. The position is based in Pune, India and is required to review the day to day delivery work, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project/program delivery risks and work on risk mitigation. This role will report to the Project Manager in Pune and will work with the global stake holders (business and technology) accross multiple locations. . Candidate will manage medium to large projects and will be responsible for end to end delivery. . Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs . The candidatewill work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and providing reccomendations. . Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources Key Responsibilities:. Manages the deliverables. Oversees process for technical issue escalation prioritizes technical issue resolution. . Provides technical oversight across systems and applications leverages skills across apps development area. . Communicates interdependencies in and outside of the department as well as cross product, cross project. . Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own apps development area to resolve issues. . Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning and monitoring . Full Software Development Lifecycle Qualifications8-13 Years of project experience as . 5 years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, development and support of large complex applications. . Exposure to Functional and non-functional testing of applications . Experience in secure application development with databases Desired Skills: Extensive experience in Angular 2+, Java, Spring Boot Intermediate level of Oracle, SQLexpertise . MS SQL Server 2008/2012 (including SSIS, SSRS) , MongoDB . Knowledge Java will be an added advantage . Team Foundation Server / ALM . Performance optimization, Secure coding practice and ethical hack . Bachelor's degree /B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech (in computers, information technology or engineering)/MCA. . Ability to work as part of team and independently . Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients . Excellent verbal and written communications skills . Candidate should be willing to work extended hours on need basis in order to interact with onshore team or as per project demand.
