Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Web Developer with 03-06 years of experience to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Requirements

Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.

- Implement front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Code Quality & amp; Best Practices:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirement Analysis:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and

translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Participate in requirements gathering, system analysis, and design discussions.

Testing & amp; Debugging:

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests to ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java web

development.

- Propose and implement improvements to development processes, tools, and frameworks.

• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Springboot, Hibernate).

- Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).

- Knowledge of databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical.
