What is the work?
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
Proactively identify and source qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and industry associations.
Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their alignment with the company\'s culture and requirements.
Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates\' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, fostering their growth and development.
Develop and execute effective sourcing pipeline of potential candidates.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Contribute to the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across different levels and functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methodologies, and assessment tools.
Good communication skills (Hindi and English), both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
