Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT recruitment processes, exceptional client interaction abilities, and a proven track record in placing top IT talent. This role is crucial for supporting our clients' project requirements by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in permanent and contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and manpower needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business and recruitment needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Job Requirement Analysis:
• Gather and analyze job requirements from clients.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the technical skills and experience required for each role.
• Recruitment Process:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for the roles.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
• Collect and relay feedback from clients and candidates post-interview.
• Candidate Management:
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide career advice and support to candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
• Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management and clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in both permanent and contract positions.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
