- Minimum 5+ years of IT QA required.
- Mobile app testing experience MUST
- Web application (NOT Website) testing experience desired.
- non-IT will not be considered
- Manual & automated testing experience required.
- Prepare test plans, test cases and validate and produce results.
- Zoho Bug tracker or similar tools beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication is essential for success in this role
- Full-time position for Long term commitment required.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
- Day shift
