You will be responsible for working within Honeywell to identify opportunities for new growth and efficiency based on data analysis. The Sr. IT Project Management Specialist is the Sr. IT Data Lead responsible for driving data transformation and migration for ERP deployments. The Sr. IT Data Lead is responsible to provide leadership, data functional knowledge with strong data migration process expertise to develop robust delivery plans working closely with project managers, extended IT team and business users and co-source partners. Primary Responsibilities Data Solutions Strategy Design

• Enforce the Management Operating System (MOS) for the Central Data Services organization

• Lead data migration activities working with various data stakeholders and business to develop robust data plans in support of deployments, projects or enhancements and drive data related development, testing and deployment deliverablex`s.

Implementing Data Migrations Policies, Standards and Training

• Own the data plan of projects and work closely with Functional teams and data leads to drive data migration delivery for ERP deployments, projects, and enhancements
• Ensure that data related reporting metrics and status updates are created and are accurate at any given time
• Support data rationalization process, implementation, and change management

Project Management

• Partner with project managers, MDM team, business team and data analyst in the overall data delivery plan working with the extended data services team members, and co-source partners
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 7+ years of full cycle ERP data migration experience
• 3+ years of functional experience in SAP ECC or S4/Hana
• 2+ years of experience in ETL applications (Informatica)

WE VALUE

• Experience with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics tools
• Functional knowledge in SAP R/3 Table structures
• Knowledge on Robotic Process Automation, or AI/ML capabilities in Data migration processes
• Experience working with MS Tools, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or any visualization tool
• Agile methodology experience
