Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Senior IT Engineer, Tech Lead - M&A ExecutionAs a Senior IT Engineer, Tech Lead embedded in M&A Execution for Marketing and Digital Technologies here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and executing IT integration projects for mergers and acquisitions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of IT integration projects, ensuring they meet established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and work closely with senior leadership to align IT integration initiatives with broader business strategies. You will report directly to our Director IT Marketing Technologies and Analytics, and you\'ll work out of our Hyderabad office on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of Honeywell\'s IT landscape through successful integration of acquired companies. You will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless integration of IT systems and processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the execution of IT integration projects for mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Ensure successful integration of IT systems and processes, meeting established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
• Work closely with senior leadership to align IT integration initiatives with broader business strategies
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency of IT integration processes
• Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior management

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management and execution across cross functional stake holders
• Proven track record of leading and executing IT integration projects for mergers and acquisitions and/or familiarity thereof
• Strong understanding of IT systems and processes in customer and commercial process specifically strong familiarity with project management, marketing and sales technology (Marketo, CRM - SFDC, E-commerce)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Bachelor\'s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging project management practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
