Roles & Responsibility:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in semiconductor, telecom & embedded recruitment or technical staffing.
Deep understanding of technologies and the ability to effectively assess candidate skills and experience.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
