Signant Health has embarked on an Enterprise IT application improvement strategy to \xe2\x80\x9cEnable Your Best Work\xe2\x80\x9d. We\xe2\x80\x99re currently searching for an Applications Engineer with content management systems expertise to work as part of the Enterprise Solution Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Applications Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement and automation. You must also demonstrate proficiency in analysing, designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing strategic solutions for Signant Health\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Applications.

As part of our team, your Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in planning of integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units and development teams.
• Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integrating new application integration technologies into the existing AI environment.
• Identify and resolve systems issues.
• Identify common patterns and document best practices for integration, to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
• Participate in integration testing phase of software and applications under development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areas.
• Assist application engineers in identification of APIs to interact with the AI environment.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions within the organization\xe2\x80\x99s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
• Implement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions to provide proactive operational support in the AI environment.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to bring: -
1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer systems design or computer science, or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience.
2. 8 years direct experience in enterprise-level application integration.
3. Extensive experience with the Boomi application or similar integration platform.
4. Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
5. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
6. Willingness to facilitate and/or challenge decisions within or across teams leading to a collaborative outcome/plan.
7. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
8. Able to conduct research into application integration issues and products.

• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively document procedures, processes and results.
• Practical experience with modern test, defect and requirement management tools.
• Must be a team-oriented person with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
