Overview:
The Sr. IT Administrator, Enterprise Technologies will provide elevated support for various enterprise systems and software. Will also provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Serves as subject matter expert and/or top-tier support. Will assist with projects, systems installation, and IT infrastructure buildouts. Monitors IT Service desk request queues and responds to tickets from Global and India employees as needed.
A Sr. IT Administrator should possess advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems including: Sharepoint, Onedrive, Outlook, Azure AD, O365. Applicant should also have the technical capabilities to quickly become the subject matter expert on new systems. Responsibilities:
