Job Description


Overview:
The Sr. IT Administrator, Enterprise Technologies will provide elevated support for various enterprise systems and software. Will also provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Serves as subject matter expert and/or top-tier support. Will assist with projects, systems installation, and IT infrastructure buildouts. Monitors IT Service desk request queues and responds to tickets from Global and India employees as needed.


A Sr. IT Administrator should possess advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems including: Sharepoint, Onedrive, Outlook, Azure AD, O365. Applicant should also have the technical capabilities to quickly become the subject matter expert on new systems. Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and/or electronically
  • Diagnoses and resolves advanced software/application issues
  • Assist in the design, planning, implementation and support of assigned systems
  • Acting as subject matter expert for all responsible systems and applications
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advises users on appropriate actions
  • Manage personal and team ticket queue
  • Redirects problems to appropriate resources
  • Identifies and prioritizes situations requiring urgent attention
  • Documents processes and updates knowledgebase
  • Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow up for routine users
  • Identifying appropriate escalation points
  • Analyse and evaluate incident reports
  • Contact software vendors to request service regarding defective products
  • Daily monitoring /checks
  • Logging of noted issues
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Qualifications include:
  • 4-6 years\' experience in an IT Administrator role to domestic and International users in a business setting
  • Experience with advanced Application Administration, Active Directory, AAD, SharePoint, OneDrive, and O365
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support International calls
  • Strong technical aptitude, ability and troubleshooting skills to solve Hardware, Operating System and Application related issues
  • A high degree of professionalism and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Attention to detail and follow up
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and newer is required
  • Experience with Mac OS Monterey and newer is required
  • Experience with basic networking is required
  • A+, Net+, Security+, ITIL, MCSA/Microsoft 365 Certified a plus
  • Able to work in 24*7 rotational shifts as per business needs
