Perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct for numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all Business Units. You will perform interviews, both remote and in person, review documents, communications, digital evidence and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified training needs and gaps, acting as a subject matter expert and assisting in training HR Generalists and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a related discipline such as Law, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or in lieu of a degree, working experience in Corporate Security, Law Enforcement or an Intelligence Agency

• Experience in corporate investigations and compliance
• Experience in a law enforcement or intelligence agency
• Experience in fraud detection and investigation
• Ability to talk to people and actively listen
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• The ability to write clearly and concisely
• Proven judgment, decision making ability and problem-solving skills
