You will perform interviews, both remote and in person, review documents, communications, digital evidence and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified training needs and gaps, acting as a subject matter expert and assisting in training HR Generalists and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.
