Sr. Instrument TechnicianPosition: Sr. Instrument Technician
Location: Bidar Karnataka
Experience: 5+ Years
Duration: Long-Term
Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Instrumentation or related field Roles and responsibilities:Instrumentation Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in instrumentation systems to ensure smooth operation.

Installation and Commissioning:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of instrumentation equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure proper integration of instruments with control systems and machinery.

GMP and Compliance Adherence:

• Conduct work in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma industry guidelines.
• Ensure that instrumentation systems adhere to regulatory and safety standards.

System Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor the performance of instruments and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Support automation processes and optimize instrumentation for enhanced productivity.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Report any abnormalities or issues to the relevant team.

Safety and Training:

• Follow electrical and instrumentation safety procedures at all times.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with advancements in instrumentation technology.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of instrumentation systems and their applications in the pharma industry.
• Knowledge of process control systems, automation, and PLC integration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiarity with cleanroom setups, HVAC systems, and pharmaceutical processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
