We are seeking a Infrastructure Specialist, having hands on Vmware 7 and above.Location- Mumbai (WFO)Your Future Employer- - A top-tier Business Process Management (BPM) leader with 400+ global clients. • Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure with expertise in VMware, vSphere, and Hyper-V technologies.
• Oversee Citrix VDI or Citrix Daas environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Plan and execute data center environment refreshes, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless transitions.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for efficient device management and security enforcement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, and SAN solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with international clients, addressing needs and concerns confidently.
• Provide rotational support (24x5) to ensure continuous infrastructure maintenance and support.

Requirements-

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with VMware (version 7 and above) and Hyper-V.
• 4+ years of experience with Citrix VDI or Citrix Daas.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Prior experience in planning and executing data center environment refreshes.
• Domain-specific certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, and SAN technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with international clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
