You should have prior experience in platform engineering and automation or willing and learn new technologies and framework.
Primary responsibilities include operational excellence, consultation, optimization and implementation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Good hands on experience in Administration, operations of middleware tool Mule ESB.

• Strong Experience with Runtime Fabric and Hybrid Deployment Model.
• Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric and API Management.
• Setup and support highly available middleware infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
• Expertise in Deployment strategies, Mule Clustering, Load Balancing, MUnit MuleSoft MMC.
• Experience troubleshooting/Managing Runtime Servers, experience on Mule Connectors (Standard/Custom) is mandatory.
• Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of ESB/middleware components.
• Good working knowledge on Google Cloud Platform- GCP and its concepts like VPC, IAM, Compute, Storage, DB, Security, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, RESTful APIs, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging, etc
• Provide applications and projects with technical support for MuleESB.
• Strong working experience in Linux platform is a must.
• Experience working directly with technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC, IT governance and operations Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and application dependencies. Time management and prioritization.

Technical Competencies

• Over 10+ years of experience in IT industry, minimum of 5+ years of administration or operations experience in the Mule area.
• Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong Experience with Runtime Fabric and Hybrid Deployment Model
• Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric, and API Management.
• Translation of strategy and architecture into a highly available and secure technical implementation, in accordance with best practices

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Mule ESB, Runtime Fabric.

• Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in dynamic environments.
• Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, Cloud Hub and API Management.
• Experience with any Infrastructure as Code tooling (ex: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Cloud Formations)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies & modern Software Engineering principles
• Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (eg, SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, oAuth).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Go programming language experience is a plus

• Experience with Kafka is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to automate mundane activities.
• Strong aptitude to learn and passion for problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in coordinating with different stakeholders.
