We manage and support Software platforms for business intelligence and analytics with a global user base.Specifically, we manage the Alteryx Software program here at JLL and have responsibility for operational and managerial aspects of licensing, the server infrastructure, the developer software as well as the end user experience.The candidate must be able to work in a complex and time sensitive environment and be able to flex their schedule when needed to accommodate events that may be out of core hours due to supporting a global environment.What this job involvesAs an Analyst, Business Intelligence Development at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for

• Operational support of our developer user base, currently 230+ users, that use the Alteryx Desktop Designer and add-on products

• Onboarding & Installation
• Configuring and product knowledge and training
• Running and supporting User Group and Tech Talk meetings to grow the skill and knowledge of our users
• User management & security
• Responding to trouble tickets from users
• Operational support of our server infrastructure, currently 5 VMs in Prod and 1 in QA
• Perform software testing and upgrades on our servers for

• new Alteryx versions
• new or upgrades to products & drivers, and 3rd party software that complement the Alteryx platform such as PHP, R-Code, and others.
• Capacity planning and governance of workloads
• Insuring connectivity to the many data sources our users require for workloads they place on our servers
• Troubleshooting
• Currently this position is targeted to support the EU region time zones with overlap to AM region.

• This alignment to region may change over time with changes in the organization

• 2+ years Alteryx Designer experience
• 1+ years Alteryx Server experience
• 1+ years Python
• Familiarity with Command Line and Powershell
• Competent with MS Office suite, specifically familiar with Excel and prefer some experience in Excel macros (VBA)
• Knowledge of PowerBI and PHP desired
