As an Implementation Engineer you will work to ensure all retailer data streams are supported and loaded into the system in a quality and scalable manner. Responsibilities will include engaging with internal business stakeholders as well as Engineering for implementing and validating new and enhanced feeds into Circanas platform.Primary Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to understand retailer supply chain data and align with Circana data definitions and data models
• Manage data flow and accuracy from many data trading partners, from data receipt through production load into internal systems
• Participate in data migration activities to include data validation and QA against previous databases
• Provide necessary feedback and participation on testing procedures ensuring overall system quality and data quality of the solutions
• Design, implement or operate comprehensive data maintenance and load processes to balance optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors, according to customer requirements
• Support & troubleshoot user requests & implementations using SQL tools or Excel
• Configure or update data flow process models using ETL tools
• Create procedures, test files, and processes to automate data flow and ensure accuracy of data into the internal system
• Identify trends and quality gaps from the analysis and monitoring of data to improve the customer experience

Skills and Experience Required

• University Degree - preferably related to business information systems, computer science, and/or supply chain
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Proficient in writing basis SQL
• Experience working with retail data such as POS, Inventory, and Supply Chain preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and provide accurate timelines for completion
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be customer service oriented with strong follow up skills
