The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team of recruiters and will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to support our growing hotel chain.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing mentorship to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring targets.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for various positions within the hotel group.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and proactively identify recruitment opportunities.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and recruitment agencies to enhance talent pipelines.
- Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline the hiring process.
- 4 or 4+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in the hospitality industry, preferably within hotels or resorts.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong common sense, dynamic and analytical mindset with the ability to recognize and attract top talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
