• Ability to respond and resolve different work situations
• All administrative activities of the company on a daily basis, Arrangement of events, Smooth and efficient operation and facility management, Handling situation-based admin works
• Ability to establish performance monitoring system with KPIs, KRAs working with individual department managers and ensure all teams/departments are adhering to the system
• Ability to guide, mentor and delegate work to HR and admin staff to accomplish the goals of HR department
Qualification: MBA In HR
14 to 16 years of experience required
