An experienced professional with Strategy & project management experience who can build & own HR strategy and strongly project manage the implementation. Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders for seamless execution of key HR processes. Play a pivotal role in leveraging analytics & trends to proactively envision key changes and build strong and sustainable HR practices looking ahead of the market trends.


Play a key and strategic role in leading organization transformation, new business opportunities, organization effectiveness, leadership capability and HR functional excellence. Build progressive HR practices and continuously look for opportunities to optimize and improve productivity building an agile HR org. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. Your focus will be to help the organization to become a customer centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through a resource realignment and top grading the talent.

POSITION: Senior HR Manager

LOCATION: Pune

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the HR partner of respective Business leaders and leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization
• Experience in GCC / Engg centers
• Drive the organizational development agenda, through delivery of comprehensive learning & development programs at all levels with effective partnering with Organizational Effectiveness CoE
• Understanding the factors that impact the business and financial performance of the organization and initiate interventions based on that
• Work closely with regional HR teams to execute talent strategies.
• Using business knowledge and understanding to drive strategies for the business

Work with business teams on developing business strategies-Annual Operating

Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP)
• Review and Facilitate cost actions and OEF for the business
• Facilitates alignment of organizational structure, processes, systems, people,

and culture with key business priorities.
• Integrating the talent management processes across HTS locations
• Supports workforce planning including succession planning and MRR across locations
• Drive a performance management culture which continually seeks to raise the bar; differentiates pay for performance; rewards and recognizes key performers with upper quartile pay for upper quartile performance; and addresses those with performance shortfalls with effective partnering with C&B CoE and the Business HR organizations in HTS
• Analyze and identify people requirements within a given business area, and cooperate with business leaders on the design, development, and implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Bring in global HR practices to the team here through building relations with global SBG HR


• Supports workforce planning including succession planning and MRR across locations

Experience required: 14 to 20 years
