> Good Communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
>Proven working 5+yrs Experience as HR MAnager in a Domestic BPO Industry.
>Knowledge of HR System and DataBase.
>In Depth Knowledge and should have worked on labour law and HR best practices
>Execellent active Listening, negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
>Hands-on Experience with HRM software (Including payroll system and ATS)
>Immediate Joiner
