- Coordinate and supervise training programs to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge. 8. **Performance Management:**
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees. 9. **Payroll and Benefits Administration:**
- Oversee payroll processes, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, insurance, and medical claims. 10. **Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. 11. **Documentation:**
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents to relevant government agencies and departments. 12. **Employee Complaints:**
