• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
• Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Creating a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a Performance Management System (PMS).
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on key HR activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Design company new policy.
