Senior HR Generalist : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Credvest. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. They will handle HR management tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and employee engagement programs. The Senior HR Generalist will also provide consultation and support to managers and employees regarding HR matters.
Qualifications
Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management
Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Experience in employee benefits administration
Ability to effectively communicate and implement HR programs and initiatives
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fiel

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
