We seek a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive (Female Only) to join our textile manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Total Experiences: 2+ years
Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
Location: Vesu, Surat
Salary range: 20,000 to 50,000Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment through regular employee engagement activities.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as per industry standards.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organise development programs for employees.
- Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
