We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of human resources principles and practices. This role requires expertise in Excel and payroll management, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Role & responsibilities-
HR Operations Management:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Excel Proficiency:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyse HR data, generate reports, and develop insightful metrics for decision-making.
• Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for various HR functions, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
Payroll Management:
• Coordinate payroll processing activities, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
• Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary issues, following established procedures and legal requirements.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Compliance:
• Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on HR policies, compliance requirements, and ethical conduct.
