Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Thorough understanding of all legal compliance applicable like ER 1, Form A1,Form D, Form 25, Form 21,PF Act, Gratuity Act, Form III,Patrak 2,Form C,Form 18, Page 10, Form 85,
• In -depth knowledge of the Factories Act 1948 and its applications.
• Proficiency in computing salaries including statutory deductions and other components.
• Experience in conducting performance appraisals and managing performance review processes.
• Ability to design and implement training and development programs for new and existing employees.
• Expertise in conducting comprehensive induction programs for new employees.
• Knowledge of other HR functions such as employee engagement , grievance handling, and maintaining employee records.
