Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
Managing all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalities
Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same.
Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other reward policies.
Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the performance
Appraisal system linked to Reward Management
Issue Confirmation / gradation letters to concerned employee after the appraisal procedure.
Review performance, seniority for promotion / progression and related documentation
Maintaining employee files / records.
Efficient management and maintenance of staff records.
Assist in leave and attendance administrative work.
Update and generate of HR reports as per requirement.
Assists in coordination of company-wide events and other initiatives.
Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
Employee database management / MIS.
Employee full and final settlement procedures, exit interview
General Administration.
Statutory Compliance
Assist the legal division in drafting and issuing notice / letters.
Expertise in It recruitment
Managing the Attendance, leaves and salary.
Also handaling the PF & ESIC , TDS , Professional Fees,
Worked on multiple web developer & Designer Recruitment profile for (PHP, Wordpress, Magento, Shopify, Java, SEO, Web Designer etc...)
Arranging the various employees Engagement activities & events at organization. (Cricket Tournament, Picnic, Festival celebrations, Days Celebrations, Motivational Seasons, Mini Games etc)
