:-. Senior HR Executive
Role and responsibilities:
Ensure for completion of end-to-end HR Operational processes and smooth functioning of the
HR Department.
Responsible for workforce planning for all departments.
Planning and conducting recruitment/walk-in drives and induction programs for all new joiners.
Accountable for End-to-End recruitment process for open positions. A TAT of 15 days.
Accountable for HR documentation completion for the entire employee life cycle, i.e. hire to exit.
Responsible for payroll every month for all staff of the school, including Transport and Help staff.
Responsible for filing various statutory compliances, i.e. PF, PT, ESIC, as per the deadlines set by
the government
Communicate effectively at all levels of staff and Management.
Provide HR policy guidance to all employees and responsible for issuing memos to staff for
violation of policies and processes
Formulate and implement HR best Practices / Policies and Processes to achieve Functional
Excellence.
Plan and implement HR Automation/ HRIS for the entire employee cycle.
Motivate and support HR team members to achieve efficiency and promote teamwork.
Handling employee issues, assisting in counselling employees and addressing grievances.
Design Conduct yearly performance appraisals for all staff as per process and guidelines set by
the management.
Facilitate and conduct Internal Complaints Committee meetings to maintain an ethical and
harassment-free workplace for both genders and be responsible for compliance with government
regulations.
Design and implement initiatives focused on Employer Branding.
Improve efficiency in work allocation.
Required Candidate profile:
Postgraduate in Human Resources.
High levels of computer literacy in Excel/ Google Sheets.
Prior work experience of 7-10 years in core HR profile.
Manage an HR department team of 2 to 3 and an organisation of 500 employees across different
company groups.
Able to handle pressure, create rapport with the leadership team and work under deadlines.
Analytical and result-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Organise and work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within specified
deadlines.
