Job Title: HR Generalist
Summary: The HR Generalist supports various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and administrative tasks. They serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and on boarding processes.
Address employee relations issues and provide support.
Support performance management activities.
Attendance Management
Employee Engagement Activities
Coordinate training programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Manage HR documentation and records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
1-5 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary Range - 4 LPA-5.5LPA
