Job Title Sr HR Business Partner R&D CenterStrategic
\xe2\x96\xaa This role is responsible for designing & leading the execution of the people agenda for the R&D Center Bangalore aligned to the business strategy.
\xe2\x96\xaa Understand market dynamics and competition strategy
\xe2\x96\xaa Contribute to SP, translate people initiatives into KPIs, build a roadmap for talent / HCP / NMC
\xe2\x96\xaa Participate in organizational design projects and lead discussions for resources allocation
\xe2\x96\xaa Act as a strategic partner in the development of the performance culture with relevant initiatives & improving employee engagement through inclusive teams.
\xe2\x96\xaa Drive Talent Strategy for the market (talent review, succession planning, skillsets, D&I)Tactical
\xe2\x96\xaa Connect with key business stakeholders, keeping the \xe2\x80\x9cbigger picture\xe2\x80\x9d for decision making
\xe2\x96\xaa Lead discussions specifically on resource allocation ensuring the right structure and productivity
\xe2\x96\xaa Bring agility and flexibility on adapting when the business environment changes
\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare HR Reporting (People Reporting Slide, DEI for their respective market population)
\xe2\x96\xaa Headcount planning
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide insights/knowledge on local labour market/geography to divisions and functions as needed
\xe2\x96\xaa Motivate, partner with and coach business stakeholders on key HR developments and interventions when People indicators are off track
\xe2\x96\xaa Support MT people managers in their developmentOperational
\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for the execution of global plans and policies
\xe2\x96\xaa Drive the local/regional policies based on levers that drive the people KPIs
\xe2\x96\xaa Take ownership of the optimization of our HR costs and processes, taking the input of our stakeholders
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure adherence to blueprint design
Compliance
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide one legal framework for all employees in that location including adherence to local laws & regulations
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure compliance with local employment policies and labor legislation and Role model our culture and behaviors,
always acting with integrity
\xe2\x96\xaa Relationship management & negotiations with Unions/Workers Councils (factory HRBP)
