###### Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with expertise in the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention. Responsibilities: - Oversee and streamline the entire hire to retire process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent. - Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and performance issues. - Lead employee development and training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer activities. - Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
###### Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
