• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively source candidates to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability, experience, and motivation.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as needed.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed of the process and candidates' profiles.
• Gather feedback from interviewers to assess candidate fit and provide hiring recommendations.
• Applicant Tracking and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of candidate information.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR management.
• Ensure basic compliances are fulfilled by the department.
