Guest Service Excellence:- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.- Respond to guest complaints and concerns with empathy, actively listen to their feedback, and propose appropriate solutions.- Assist guests with booking reservations, providing information about available packages, and answering questions about the facility's amenities and services.- Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.2. Team Leadership and Training:- Supervise and mentor the guest service team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.3.
