Job Title: Sr. Guest Service Associate Company: Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd Job Summary: Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sr. Guest Service Associate to lead our front-line team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Service Excellence: - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Respond to guest complaints and concerns with empathy, actively listen to their feedback, and propose appropriate solutions. - Assist guests with booking reservations, providing information about available packages, and answering questions about the facility\'s amenities and services. - Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. 2. Team Leadership and Training: - Supervise and mentor the guest service team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team\'s customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members. 3. Operations and Administration: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and smooth guest experiences. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions, feedback, and complaints. - Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. - Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss operational challenges, guest feedback, and potential improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. - Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in training and mentoring staff. - Proficient in using computer systems and software related to guest services and reservations. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an added advantage). - Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
