Role and Responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and cultivate strong relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, insightful and actionable catastrophe analytics.\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of (Re) Insurance business with strong foundations in Cat Modelling and Accumulation Management functions.\xe2\x80\xa2 Directly lead an experienced and diversified Cat Modelling team.\xe2\x80\xa2 Managing deliverables at divisional level and providing Cat modelling insights to divisional stakeholders\xe2\x80\xa2 Independently supervise and perform complex catastrophe modeling analyses. Translate the modeling output into actionable recommendations to enhance underwriting and pricing processes.\xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of Cat Modelling platforms like RMS/AIR/IF\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong SLA management experience within CAT Modelling operations.\xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas, clearly and concisely.\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent people management skills open to direction and collaborative work style.\xe2\x80\xa2 Creating and strategizing business operations that deliver excellent results.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring a value added experience to all stakeholders by collaborating with them.Preferred Skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively both externally and internally within the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Robust organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple assignments in parallel.\xe2\x80\xa2 Established analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think strategically, work independently and take initiative to engage with day-to-day business.\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong client management skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent team engagement skills.Knowledge of RMS, AIR and other vendor modelling platforms.
