We're looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join us. You'll create creative assets across digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters,Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to grasp project goals, develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines, and engage our audience.

Requirements

• Monitor, review, and guide other designers to ensure quality and consistency in design deliverables.
• Create digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure deadlines are met, and contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Review final designs and videos, provide constructive feedback for improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and photography/videography.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
