We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic and Web Designer with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic and web design, along with proficiency in Figma and video editing. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that meet our clients' needs and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create compelling and innovative graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Web Design: Design and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the latest web design trends and best practices.
• Figma Proficiency: Utilize Figma to design and prototype web and mobile interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
• Speed and Efficiency: Deliver high-quality designs quickly and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on creativity and attention to detail.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic and web design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design projects.
• Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
