Skills (Must have):

5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a product company. Strong proficiency in Go, Python, C/C++, or Java on Unix/Linux or Windows. Excellent programming skills, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA), networking, and multi-threading.

Skills (Good to have):

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and system programming. Experience building technology stacks for large-scale SaaS services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role & Responsibility:

Lead the design and development of core features for the Druva Phoenix product. Manage the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery. Ensure timely and high-quality software releases. Develop end-to-end features independently. Provide technical guidance and code review to junior engineers.

Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
