Preparation & Implementation of Business Cases/ Action:a) Support in evaluation, identification and preparation of Business Cases for different segments on the market potential, competition, SEI\'s prospects, etc. which includes Information collection & analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Action Plans, Executionb) Support in controlling and helping in deployment of Business Action Plans to ensure long term accelerated Profitable Growth and Leadership PositionFullMarket Share2. Contribute to Country\'s Solution Based Strategy:Support in deployment & building excellence in Country\'s Solution approach based strategy by providing inputs to IMC for decision making, providing basic infrastructure in terms of processes, dashboard, functional responsibilities to the sales teamPartial40% growth in TargetVerticals3. Team Management:Guide & develop the junior members of the teamSupportiveSupport Team Objectives4. Strategic Programs:
Support in contribution to Business Cases for Strategic Programs like Pioneer, Market Approach, etc. through Market Interviews, Customer Interviews, Market Surveys, Internal Brainstorming and then provide/present scenarios to the Steering CommitteePartialBusiness Case File preparation through team5. Contribute to Business Development Activities:Support in providing inputs to team/contribution to Business Development activities and initiatives like B1, Target Selling, i12 initiativePartialCompletion ofPrograms/ Projects/ Files*Full : Fully responsible for the results of the workPartial : Partially responsible for the results of the workSupportive : Provide support to the person accountable for the results of the work.REQUIREMENTS:LocationGurgaon, IndiaEducationEngineering + Business School GraduateJob Related Experience7 - 10 YearsRequired: Internal Candidates with strong understanding of SE businesses, exposure to Planning/ Strategy development (growth strategy, entry strategy), Strategy implementation,Preferred: Profitability improvement experienceBusiness UnderstandingStrong analytical capabilities. understand market dynamics
