Role Overview:



As a Sr. Fullstack Developer you will lead a team of developers, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. You will be instrumental in driving the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality, maintainable code. You will mentor junior developers, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.




Objectives of this Role:


• Lead the development of complex web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and drive project delivery.
• Ensure code quality and application performance through best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.




Responsibilities: :


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Define project scopes, set development timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues across both client and server sides.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application meets high performance and security standards.
• Oversee and manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.




Required Skills:


• 4-8 years of experience and proven track record
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, microservices-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure for project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.




Additional Skills :


• Scrum master Certification
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of deployment and server management
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
