We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Full stack developer to join our team and lead our platform development for a money movement/trading platform that leverages banking rails and Web3 technology. : As the Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be highly experienced around both front-end and back-end coding languages, secure and scalable APIs, development frameworks and third-party libraries, leveraging agile methodology for delivery and change management. We are building a new ecosystem platform from scratch, and this is a great opportunity to be a critical pillar in building a world-class fintech product from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in leading the architecture, design, development and deployment of the platform that includes several partners in the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Architecture and Design: \xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications related to design, solutioning and integrations. \xc2\xb7 Document designs (data structures, algorithms, constraints, dependencies, etc.) and review with others to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the solution. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, design approaches, and software development best practices. Frontend Development: \xc2\xb7 Develop and optimize front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance. \xc2\xb7 Conduct meetings with customers to understand their needs and expectations. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent escalations. Backend Development: \xc2\xb7 Experience with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, NodeJS) and frameworks like Spring JPA, and Hibernate \xc2\xb7 Solid experience developing microservices (Spring Boot) and building API frameworks (RESTful and GraphQL). \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain secure RESTful APIs to enable integration with external client applications or for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems \xc2\xb7 Experience designing data models and working with NoSQL and relational databases. Team Leadership: \xc2\xb7 Lead, mentor, and motivate the development team to deliver high-quality software and achieve project targets. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Provide constructive feedback to team members. \xc2\xb7 Testing and Deployment: \xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability. \xc2\xb7 Implement build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices). \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of version control systems like Git \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement action plans based on analysis to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related software engineering field. \xc2\xb7 7+ years of designing and developing complex software solutions and API services. \xc2\xb7 Full stack programming experience in one or more of Java/J2EE, Javascript, NodeJS, Python, React and/or VueJs \xc2\xb7 Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS (S3, EC2, Lambdas, SNS/SQS Messaging, API Gateway) or similar cloud environment. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment tools such as Github, Jenkins 2, Ansible, Kubernetes, Rancher and Docker \xc2\xb7 Experience working with and administration of relational databases and NoSQL \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence \xc2\xb7 Experience with Blockchain technologies is a strong plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9350,663.58 - \xe2\x82\xb91,507,388.66 per year Schedule:
