We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical team, driving the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Lead the design and architecture discussions for software projects.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.
• Full-stack Development:
• Take ownership of full-stack development projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Project Management:
• Plan and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
• Continuously monitor and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Team Collaboration:
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and resolve dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to align on project goals and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Full-stack Developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), PHP (Laravel).
• Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Proven track record of leading successful software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Previous experience in a tech leadership role is a plus.
