Are you an experienced software engineer (MEAN & MERN) with a passion for leading innovation? Join our team as a Tech Lead to drive architecture, design, and development for cutting-edge software products. We're looking for someone skilled in full-stack development, cloud solutions, and committed to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

Lead front-end and back-end development, setting coding standards and ensuring code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and architecture.
Manage data storage, cloud integrations, and version control to optimize performance.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Key Qualifications: 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years as a Tech Lead.

Strong skills in JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular), Node.js,, Express.JS, MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or others.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Having experience with Java Spring Boot, Python, and PostgreSQL offers additional benefits.

Preferred: Industry experience in Fintech or SaaS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or relevant certifications.
