:Education: Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in IT industry with hands on experience in design and implementing scalable & flexible front-end architecture With ReactJS with Redux skills, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3Skills: xe2x80xa2 A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Front-End technical leader demonstrated through building and maintaining high-performing, scalable frontend platforms xe2x80xa2 Understanding the business requirements and developing technical strategies/solutions that align with business objectives. xe2x80xa2 Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js , ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience. xe2x80xa2 Utilize Redux for efficient state management, design and implement Redux stores, actions, and reducers to manage complex application states. xe2x80xa2 Proven experience as a React JS Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing front end and Redux expertise. xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux, with a deep understanding of modern front-end development practices. xe2x80xa2 Build reusable React components and libraries to maintain code consistency and improve development efficiency. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, ensuring seamless data retrieval and display. xe2x80xa2 Write unit tests and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest and Cypress to ensure code reliability and application functionality. xe2x80xa2 Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js is a plus. xe2x80xa2 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. xe2x80xa2 Experience with responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility. xe2x80xa2 Use Git for version control, follow Git workflows, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. xe2x80xa2 Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices in building solutions xe2x80xa2 Mentor & guide other team members xe2x80xa2 Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing. xe2x80xa2 Should have exposure to Microfrontend and Module Federation
