Qualifications and Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience developing and delivering Flutter-based apps.-

- Proven working experience in Android app development using Kotlin.

- Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.

- Strong communication and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.

- Experience in a remote software development environment.

- Experience with building apps and software for desktop and web using Flutter is a bonus.

- A degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is a plus.

- Experience with Android SDK.

- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
