The Finance function operates as a global team through the partnership of a series of enterprise-focused and business-embedded groups.For more details about the Function please visit thisPurpose of the roleGeneral Mills is seeking a Treasury Senior Financial Analyst based out of our Mumbai, India office to be part of our Global Treasury organization. The Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the function by executing on cash management processes, ensuring an environment of strong controls, and providing excellent service to our internal and external business partners.This role builds functional experience in owning a Treasury process, gaining expertise with SAP and other financial systems, and working with cross-functional business partners.As part of the General Mills Finance team, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence the business of one of the worldxe2x80x99s most recognized FMCG companies, while working with some of the worldxe2x80x99s most popular brands. This is an exciting early to mid-career opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and quick learning capabilities. You will gain functional experience in conducting Treasury processes, expertise with financial systems including SAP, as well as broader knowledge of corporate finance.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Enter financial trades into SAP
• Review and initiate wire payments
• Perform daily bank reconciliation
• Communicate with business partners to research unclaimed cash
• Manage a central repository for bank statements
• Lead/coordinate xe2x80x9cKnow Your Customerxe2x80x9d (KYC) requests from various banking partners
• Support banking portal user access requests and lead controls process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years work experience in Finance and/or Treasury
• Sound understanding of corporate finance and banking products
• Strong analytical skills and proven record of data analysis using tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in alignment with business goals
• Team player, able to collaborate in a dynamic environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in multiple time zones
• Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• SAP experience
• Previous Treasury experience including working with Treasury Management systems, such as SAP Treasury module
